Become familiar with the outcomes measurement and monitoring tools available in On Track and how to create reports to show outcomes of support, services and programmes. This course will mainly focus on the POWeR Forms, Negative Capture, Feedback forms and the On Track Exit Assessment form. The course will also take a look at the other outcomes measuring tools available in the OASIS Case Management System.

Who is this course for?

This course is for anyone who is interested in how OASIS with On Track can support your organisation in collecting and reporting on outcomes data. Some familiarity with the OASIS On Track CMS would be an advantage.
