Overview
This Level 3 programme is tailored for individuals with management responsibilities who are looking to enhance their leadership capabilities.

Through four dynamic sessions, participants will gain insight into a range of leadership approaches, evaluate their own leadership style, and develop practical skills in work planning, delegation, and stress management. This course supports learners in building confidence and competence to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.

Who is this qualification for?
This qualification is ideal if you are have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing your abilities. It’s particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management.

Cost £890/pp online

Learner commitment:
4 x half day facilitated group sessions (in-person or online) – attendance at all sessions is compulsory
1 x one hour coaching session – attendance is compulsory
Completion of a self-reflective tool
Completion of a workbook – completion is essential and is assessed against key learning outcomes to award the qualification. Approx time outside of facilitated group sessions for learners to complete the workbook, 8 hours.
Gather feedback on leadership skills and create an action plan – this must be presented to the group – half day session for entire group. Approx time outside of facilitated sessions to complete this 6 hours.
