OVERVIEW
Designed for experienced professionals looking to deepen their leadership capabilities, the ILM Level 5 qualification equips participants with the strategic insight, practical tools, and critical thinking skills required to lead with confidence and impact. Over five interactive sessions, attendees will explore key themes such as organisational leadership, managing change, stress management and creating positive working cultures.

Who is this qualification for?
This course is ideal for middle managers, department heads, and aspiring senior leaders seeking to enhance their influence and drive measurable results across their teams and organisations.

Learner commitment:

5 x half day facilitated group sessions (in-person or online) – attendance at all sessions is compulsory
1 x one and half hour coaching session – compulsory
Completion of a self-reflective tool – compulsory
Completion of a workbook – completion is essential and is assessed against key learning outcomes to award the qualification. Approx time outside of facilitated group sessions for learners to complete the workbook: 30 hours.
Gather feedback on leadership skills and create an action plan – this must be presented to the group – half day session for entire group.
Approx time outside of facilitated sessions to complete this 10 hours.
