Helping Hands is a programme developed by Women’s Aid Northern Ireland designed for practitioners who support children and young people.
The programme centres around safe and healthy relationships, safety planning and personal space. This facilitators programme trains facilitators who will be running the Helping Hands programme for children and young people accessing their services. The course is suitable for experienced domestic abuse practitioners who work with children and young people and will be involved in delivering the HH programme.
This training is delivered over one 4-hour session, with physical resources sent prior to training.
