This session explores the Domestic Violence Protection Notices (DVPNs) issued by police. It also looks at the subsequent injunctions issued by Magistrates- Domestic Violence Protection Orders (DVPOs). It shows how the options are considered and the aims of getting a DVPO for the victim. We also outline the suggested options being piloted by the DAPO trials.
